During this christmas holiday, we have been filming a video of the heritage of our city. Like it was
Christmas, we though that it was a good idea to film our traditions in these days. The history of this film
is about a student who falls sleep in class and then she starts dreaming about Christmas holiday. For
this, we have been filming around our city in those important days. In the end, the student wakes up
and she realizes that she was in class and that all have been a beautiful dream.

Content anaysis

There is no real structure or argument in An Andalusian Dog. The various scenes are not logically connected to each other. Therefore, it does not make sense to interprete the film as a whole, but only to have a closer look at some of the scenes and images. Some of the most inportant scenes are:

  • The cut eye: a man cuts a woman's eye. An initial shock which is preserved for the whole course of the film. This scene is a icon of surrealism and it could be interpreted as a negation of the visual and the rational.

  • The priests pulled by the cyclist: the scene where the cyclist pulls the carpet with the pianos, the donkeys and the priests serves to illustrate the heavy weight of education and the bourgeoisie

  • Ants coming out of a hand: typical dalinian image in his painting and writing (Dalí was afraid of ants)

I liked the film because it was so weird that I was attentive all the time during the film.

Technical analysis:

I liked the actors work. The film hasn't any conversation, and I would like it to have to understand better what is happening in the scenes. The movie wasn't too fast but neither slow. I think the music it's a very inportant element in the film because there's not any conversation. In general a lot of scenes were not realist because it's a surrealist film an the final purpose is not to have any sense.

Conclusion:

I've known a well-known short film that before I didn't even hear i'ts tittle. I think that the film it's in the given list because of its importance on the cinema world.

The story pattern:

1.-YOU: There is a woman and a man
2.-NEED: Make new clothes for the man
4.-SEARCH: There's a hand in the middle of the street
6.-TAKE: Another woman was hitten by a car
7.-RETURN: The woman leave the man alone
8.-CHANGE: The woman goes with another man

A picture

We had to take a picture on the neighbourhood of the school, applying the tips we've learnt last term.

I took this picture one day after school, and in the picture we can see some cars parked in the street, and with some buildings at the background, like the famous Musikene,. I think is not a very good photo but I still like it.

4. How to make it real? What do you need to make it possible. Thet have make this product
5. Which points of the challenge do you address with your proposition. In the price we put 2, 95 instead of a plenty number, we follow all the tasks....
6. Which technical help do you need: Hermetic plastic, which is able to stay out of the fridge for 8 hours.

FINAL EVALUATION: We think that we have done a lot of work showing our attitude to the class and trying to have their attention asking questions...

Visual thinking

Last week Javier de Miguel came to our school to explain us how to write with a special lettering when we are making a power point, presentations... in order to appeal the ones who are watching and listening us.
He taught us that the colours and the size in the lettering are fundamental to stand out.
I think that visual thinking is very useful for our everyday because using this we can see better the advertisments or the posters.
So that, from now on, we all know how to make an amazing presentation.

Challenge work

We have thought to do a product that contains mashed krissia, with a cream (it could be philadelfia) and a toy. The buyers will be the adults because they are who earn the money at home and the costumers will be the childrens because is healthy for them and it has a toy. The price is going to be 3,95€
